Refund Policy
All piercing services and jewelry sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry, even if unworn.
If there is a concern with your piercing or jewelry (such as irritation, defect, or improper fit), please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll be happy to assess the issue and work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or adjustment at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Changing your mind after a service

Reactions due to aftercare neglect

Lost jewelry or accidental removal
